MARCH is Women's History month!
Come in and check out our book displays highlighting famous and not so famous women who have done extraordinary things! To name a few: Eleanor Roosevelt, Betsy Ross, Cleopatra, Annie Oakly, Amelia Earhart, Marie Curie and Maine's own Cindy Blogett.
MARCH 2nd is Dr. Seuss' Birthday!
In celebration, I'll be reading aloud some of his classic books to grades K-5 during library class:
There's a Wocket in my Pocket, The Cat in the Hat, The Foot Book, The Bippolo Seed, The Lorax, Fox in Sox and Oh the Places You'll Go!
